First cook the rice and keep aside
Take a heavy bottom vessel add milk and cooked rice and mix well.
Once the milk is boiled add condensed milk.
Pressure cook one whistle then slow the flame
And cook and stir constantly.
Let the milk boil then add milk powder, add saffron milk.
Boil milk and reduce then add cardamom powder.
Cook for a 2 to3 minutes.
The milk will turn creamy and the thick then
Transfer the pudding in a bowl and allow into cool down.
Then add chopped fruits.
Garnish with nuts. Serve chilled.
