Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • cooked basmati rice 1 cup


  • milk 500 ml


  • condensed milk 100 ml


  • mix nutes 1/4 cup


  • green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon


  • Saffron 5 to 6 strands


  • seasonal fruit Chopped 1/2 cup


  • Milk powder 2tbsp

Directions

  • First cook the rice and keep aside
  • Take a heavy bottom vessel add milk and cooked rice and mix well.
  • Once the milk is boiled add condensed milk.
  • Pressure cook one whistle then slow the flame And cook and stir constantly.
  • Let the milk boil then add milk powder, add saffron milk.
  • Boil milk and reduce then add cardamom powder.
  • Cook for a 2 to3 minutes.
  • The milk will turn creamy and the thick then Transfer the pudding in a bowl and allow into cool down.
  • Then add chopped fruits.
  • Garnish with nuts. Serve chilled.
